Who handles your information

Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service, message and consent response. You may also provide a phone number and company name. Please do not send passwords, bank details or confidential financial documents through this form.

How your enquiry is used

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, understand the support you need and discuss a suitable next step. A preferred call time is a request; we confirm availability separately.

Zoho Forms and email

The embedded enquiry form is provided by Zoho Forms. Submissions are stored in the Vertex Zoho Forms account and an email notification is sent to our business enquiries inbox. Loading the form also connects your browser to Zoho.

How long we keep enquiries

If your enquiry does not lead to a client engagement, our policy is to delete the enquiry and related email correspondence six months after our last contact with you. Client engagement records are covered by a separate retention policy agreed for the service.

Questions about your information

You can contact us to ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or ask for deletion. Requests will be considered alongside any obligations to retain information.

Consent and your choices

We ask for your consent to use your form details to respond to your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent by emailing us; this does not affect earlier processing. Required fields help us respond, and optional fields can be left blank. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Website delivery and security

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Zoho provides form processing, email and CAPTCHA protection. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details under their own policies. We do not use advertising pixels or separate visitor analytics on this website.

International handling

Vertex operates from Pakistan, where we handle enquiries. Our technology providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Contact us before sending information if your organisation has specific location or transfer requirements.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the law applicable to your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of your information. The website chat guide uses prepared responses and keeps its conversation in the current page session. It does not submit your chat to our inbox. Use the enquiry form or email to contact us.
